Email sequences that write in the buyer's language
Regular follow-ups sent from your own address, without putting your sender reputation or compliance at risk.
Scalemerce sequences send your prospecting emails from your own mailbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP/IMAP server) in the buyer's language. They respect a daily cap and variable intervals, stop as soon as the contact replies, add a one-click unsubscribe link and exclude countries where prior consent is required.
In practice
Connect your mailbox
Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP/IMAP server. Messages go out from your address and appear in your sent items.
Write the steps
Emails and manual tasks (WhatsApp, call) spaced a few days apart, with templates for each language.
Enroll the contacts
Only contacts in countries that allow prospecting emails can be enrolled.
Let it run
Sends are spread throughout the day and stop on reply, unsubscribe or bounce.
Key points

A daily cap per mailbox, a gradual ramp-up and a random interval between sends.

One-click unsubscribe link, suppression list, per-country sending rules and a statement of the data source in the first email.
Automatic stop
A reply, an unsubscribe or a bounce stops the contact's sequence.
WhatsApp and phone as tasks
WhatsApp or phone follow-ups are added as to-do tasks at the right point in the sequence.
Frequently asked questions
Are emails sent from my address?
Yes. Scalemerce sends through your own mail server; your buyers reply to your usual address.
How many emails per day?
Each mailbox has a daily cap (40 by default) and can ramp up gradually. Sends are spaced at variable intervals.
Does Scalemerce send WhatsApp messages?
Not automatically. WhatsApp follow-ups are tasks in the sequence that you complete from your own phone. The contact's WhatsApp number is stored in the CRM.
